WETPOL Symposium 2017 - MNW Destinations

WETPOL Symposium, 2017 [Big Sky, MT]

First held in 2005, the Wetland Pollutant Dynamics and Control Annual Conference (or WETPOL) has since been held in different European countries biennially. Fast forward to 2017 and this primarily European event introduced itself to the United States. The 2017 conference host, Montana State University-Bozeman, wanted to ensure the event was a success and they contacted MNW Destinations staff right away.

We jumped right in, recommending timelines, outlining tasks, and setting up a website for information dissemination. For this particular event MNW Destinations staff handled all meeting logistics. Result? A very successful program with great technical content as well as old friendships renewed and new ones gained while enjoying many of the activities offered in the Bozeman, Big Sky and Yellowstone areas. Attendees enjoyed horseback riding, river floating, tours of Yellowstone National Park and a gala dinner at a ranch on the banks of the Gallatin River.
