2018 National Parks Friends Alliance Meeting [Columbia Falls, MT]

The Glacier National Park Conservancy contracted with MNW Destinations to assist with the 2018 National Parks Friends Alliance Meeting in nearby Glacier National Park.  Glacier is a true national treasure with its rugged mountains, pristine lakes, and diverse wildlife.  There is no place like it.  What a treat to be able to show-off our backyard to our National Parks Friends, visiting from all over the country, when fall foliage was in full swing.  Conference attendees enjoyed field trips to various park locations, including biking to the top of snow-covered Logan Pass.  Field trip day was capped off with a unique catered train ride through stunning fall foliage along the Flathead River from Whitefish to Essex.  After the fun, conference goers attended general sessions and small group discussions ranging from technology in the parks to overcoming natural disasters such as fire and lava.  We hope all our new friends visit us again soon.  Special thanks to the Glacier National Park Conservancy for including us.
